“If this is a review for the Topeak Explorer it is doing what it is designed to do.
Getting the item through your shops is a different story. The customer service at Kawana & Maroochydore has been poor in the past & has not improved. I shop at 99 Bikes as a last resort due to poor customer service at both of these stores. Having been to North Lakes once it was a completely different experience, so my past reviews have not been affective.”
