“I was advised that this pack rack would fit my bike and it fitted a treat as stated. Didn't take too long to fit and it is a solid as a rock. fitted my paniers very nicely so overall I was very satisfied with the purchase.”
“Not compatible with my kid's bike. The support arms are too short. Long arms are a separate purchase. What do I do with the short arms ?
Been waiting over three weeks for the long arms and haven't heard back once. This is more on the retailer.
Bought it but haven't been able to use it once. Don't think I can return it either at this point.
Don't be an idiot like me and trust that walking into a store means you get intelligent informed recommendations by people.
Might as well just do your own research and buy online.”
