“Does the job. Fitted to existing spring arm rack on electric bike. Can now move the Topeak bag / panniers between bikes with ease. One bag 2 bikes.”

“fits on a 'sprung' bagage rack - take the sprung arm off and fit the adaptor. Allows the ToPeak bag / saddle bags to slide on and off. A bit expensive but makes the Topeak bag fit mutiple bikes.”
