“The tyre itself is fine, i am just disappointed with the service. I asked for change-out of a rear tyre only and after 2 weeks (which seemed extremely long to wait for a tyre c/o) when i showed up at the store, i was told both tyres were changed - $100 each. I was there with my son, who waited 2 weeks for his bike, so i didnt want to make a scene, but it was extremely disappointing to be faced with over $200 bill for a service that I didn't order. Very unpleasant experience.”
