“I used it for a month now, mainly on flat roads with some bumps. Fits on MTX2 rack securely and does not make a sound while riding (aside from content inside). Side panniers are useful: carried groceries, clothes, laptop without issues. The pocket cover kept laptop from banging on the rack, though I recommend getting a sleeve for the laptop to prevent scratching. I love how easy it is to remove and mount, no need to think about it when leaving the bike as it's convenient to carry with me. Few design flaws: bottle pocket fits a slim 500mL bottle but nothing bigger. Could use zipper pockets on the inside instead of just one with elastic band. Phone slides out easily. Bit of a hassle to securelly tie the pannier to the rack frame, though this is a minor issue. Main compartment not too spacious, but fits enough things - consider your needs carefully. Well built, looks like it will last a long time. Great for work commuting. I can pack my lunch, wallet, notebook, keys and phone in the main compartment and still have the panniers if I want to do shopping or remove my jacket on the way home. Good product overall.”
“I purchased this item to ride to the ocean baths without needing a backpack. The panniers are spacious enough to hold a towel, light clothing, and shoes, while the trunk is sufficient for a phone, lunch, and other essentials. The entire setup detaches easily from the bike rack, making it convenient for use in changing rooms and other areas. Even when fully loaded, I did not notice any significant difference riding the bike on flat terrain. After seeing how convenient it is, my partner is now considering fitting the same setup on her bike. This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it.”
