“I bought 4 Presta tubes and after fitting one it deflated. The tube failed along an inside seam, took it back and replaced without hesitation. It's replacement lasted 3 rides and failed. However, this time while along the same inside seam it wasn't as obvious, but replaced after inspection by one of the mechanics. Always good service.”
“Got 3 and a further one for free. When I went to change the tube one of the new ones had a tear down the seam. Now not sure how the others will be. Did not return to shop as we were travelling.”
