“Had two of these fail unfortunately, both at same time. One already on the bike the other a spare that was never in use.
Was not able to get air in our out the valve. Was not the pump(s) I used that was the issue as the new tube I installed worked fine.
Requested either a free replacement or discount on new ones but was rejected. Last time I shop at this store unfortunately.”
“Unfortunately I had a problem on my Bike Ride and was sorry . Also I've had lots of problems since I have had my new bike . Hopefully I will improve soon”
