“Smooth and quiet training. Easy to set up, just make sure the magnetic connector at the bars is clean and properly connected as tha was the only issue encountered!”
“Generally, very happy with the Kickr Bike Shift. If there was an opportunity to give it 4 ½ stars I would have done so. The one thing that doesn't really work is the Campagnolo setup with the positioning of the little shifter buttons. They are no good if you want to get out of the saddle because invariably you inadvertently press on them when gripping the shifters and you find a you've suddenly shifted gears without wanting to, resulting in suddenly either spinning too fast or trying to grind a bigger gear. This won't affect 99.9% of users though, and I can live with using a Shimano shifting profile for all the other benefits. It doesn't really affect my outdoor riding and it is a lot easier to use and swap between users than the Kickr Snap we had previously.”

I bought two one for my wife and one for myself - my bad should have trialled one prior to purchasing the other.
I do not consider myself a winger and very rarely ever provide feedback on purchases.

Problems
Both seats keep dropping - having researched online this is identified as a common problem and at 73kg and my wife’s weight 61 we certainly are not heavy!
My wife’s bike Squeaks continuously under load …..we have pulled out legs and tried lubing them it seems to fix it for a few minutes then returns.
Initially we just wanted to return them and have our money (4K each) refunded due to what we consider is poor quality……however as mentioned above we want to love them so much so that our cycling area has replaced our dining room! …..we are prevailing and will try everything we can to fix issues…..see our setup pic…..”

“Unfortunately this bike didn’t work when in ERG mode. The power data was very erratic and inconsistent. Wahoo online support were good and responsive and tried their best to problem solve the issue(s), but nothing worked.
The bike had to be returned to the shop for a refund after the Australian Distributor approved it and clarified it with Wahoo.
I’ve gone back a kickr instead (v6) and a dedicated trainer bike.
It seems the ERG issues on the Bike Shift are not isolated and some professional reviewers have found the same issue.”
