“Absolute game-changer for me for long-distance cycle-touring (3 months+) as a male with enlarged prostate. Sure it's ugly but it is comfortable on soft tissue, and allowed me to continue to ride when otherwise I would have had to stop. Normally I'm a road and MTB rider, so favour a less 'chunky' seat but this works for touring. The seat material did crack after a few months, but still rideable and in any case worth it for the comfort. Just don't let your normal riding mates see you on it.”
