Never received a response from burrow.”
“The pillow was not fluffy enough and was just shapeless - nothing like the photos. Also, the return process is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. The agents are very slow in responding via email and even when they do - they don’t provide all the information. I’ve been waiting for almost a week for Burrow to send me return labels for the Vesper chair, ottoman and pillow and I’ve still not received it for all the items. And after 5 days when I did get after following up many times, the rep sent me only for two items without even telling me which label is for which box. So now I’m waiting again to reply to my email. Bad quality and bad customer service.”
“The pillow is a good idea and works also as an arm rest. The chair screws pr holes may not be drilled or fabricated perfectly so using "a coin" as a tool may not work. It didn't for us.”
