“We received the sleeper set a few days before the rest of the couch but keeping in mind the global crisis with COVID-19 I'm pretty happy with that. We found each box relatively easy for two people to carry up a flight of stairs and the clear, simple directions made putting the couch together pretty easy, considering we just made a whole couch. The latches required a bit more strength than expected but I think that means they'll be really secure. The no-tool build method makes me feel good about inevitably having to take it apart and rebuild it next time we move. I don't think it will be too difficult to do and it won't weaken the stability of the furniture with each take-apart. The leather feels nice, it's a little stiff/firm but I think it will break in nicely over time. This is fantastic for a modular couch, it's unfair to hold it to the standards of a real couch (although it certainly has the look), its just what we needed. We haven't slept on it with the sleeper mattress yet, but the topper is really nice quality and I think it'll make for a comfortable place for our guests to sleep.”

“This couch has made my life and space so much better during these quarantimes. Aside from getting the heavy boxes up to my third floor walkup, the assembly was a breeze. I put it together in less than 15 minutes and I'm really petite! It's comfy, looks great and is stylish. I have a lot of faith it will be the center of a lot of game and movie nights when things normalize. Thank you Burrow for making my home so cozy when I needed it most!”

“Love that the couch is modular and high quality. It's a little shorter in back than I envisioned, but it makes sense in regard to it being easy to ship, transport and put together. The sleeper kit is great and makes it so much easier to have guests without worrying about an inflatable mattress. Honestly, the best part about Burrow has been the customer service. The couch arrived very quickly once I ordered it (within a week). Unfortunately, I didn't love the first color and opted to switch to Navy Blue. Their customer service team was quick to reply and made the exchange incredibly easy. Just don't forget to keep the original packaging until you're 100% sure you won't be exchanging. Burrow is a great company and I'm glad to support them.”
