“Have not had time to review profuct. Shipping and delivery were sigificantly incorrect. Customer service failed to respond in a timely fashion and were unable to provide any pertinent information. Product came almost a month late, with a same day notification, in three separate deliveries over 3 days, each with a 12 hour delivery window-- necessitating significant loss of work while awaiting the items. Completely unacceptable.”
