“Yesterday I gave a poor review of this bed beause it did not come with all of the hardware. Today, a box arrived with hardware in it. The confusion was that the other products we purchased contained the hardware within the boxes and not mailed seprately. The bed's hardware is mailed separately and may arrive later. We look forward to spending the night in our new bed.”
“My wife and I will be sleeping on the floor until someone in support gets back to us. The bed came in four boxes, none of which contained the all-important legs that hold the entire frame together. Yes, we went back through each box to see if we missed them.
Without timely customer support, or a phone number to call, we are at the mercy of your company.”
