“Although I am happy with the chairs and their construction, the order process was very stressful. I waited two months after being told they were to be delivered in two weeks and the communication after those two weeks was evasive and confusing. While the poor consumer service employees had to apologize for the delay, I received confusing information concerning my order and was ready to cancel when the order appeared at my door. The timeframe between ordering and delivery needs to be more honest and transparent.”
