“I figured that spending this much money on a bed frame would get me something nice…Boy, was I wrong. The bed is not easy to put together, it’s very heavy, and once put together there are gaps at every corner due to the shoddy construction of the frame.
My experience with customer service has also been sub par. It takes at least 2-3 days to get a response for something that needs immediate attention and the resolutions offered hardly rectify any problems that have occurred.
Do yourself a favor and skip purchasing this bed…. Maybe even skip purchasing from Burrow altogether.

“First the good….
This bed is solid! The design is exactly what I wanted, something simple and timeless.
Now the bad….
This bed is HEAVY! In my opinion way too heavy for FedEx to deliver. The fact that is was moved around by one person and not damaged is a testament to the packaging (more on that). The boxes say “Two person lift!” But FedEx drivers are on their own so almost feels unfair to them.
Now the packaging…if you are someone who feels guilty for a lot of excess cardboard and packaging, this bed might kill your soul. There is A LOT of cardboard and internal packaging. Recycling is fine and all, but this seemed obscene. Took me a few trips and filled bins to get rid of everything.
Back to the heavy, this bed is NOT for one person to move and assemble. It’s doable (I did it) but I would really suggest you have someone help you carry the boxes in and help assemble the bed (and then buy them dinner) It’s easy to assemble, but heavy.
The only design critique is that the headboard should be a few inches taller. Once you add pillows and have a duvet, the whole bed is kind of hidden. Would have loved for it to be 4-6” taller to show off how awesome it is.”
“We purchased the Chorus King bed with headboard and Lyric hybrid mattress. All packaging arrived on time with no issues. The assembly instructions were reasonably clear and it's definitely a two person job. The bed is solid oak, and the construction design is excellent. We will definitely purchase from Burrow again.”
