“I am writing concerning the Chorus bed frame that was attached to my initial order. The headboard came broken and I had to glue a piece together myself. For the price point, this is unacceptable and I am leaving a 1 star review for my order as a whole. I am waiting to hear from customer service for a full refund of this product. I am beyond disappointed in the manufacturing process and would not recommend this website to any customer.”
“I was searching for a small dresser that would double as a nightstand next to my bed as I live in a small apartment and, one month in, I can fully say this was so much better than I expected! My boxes (it comes in 3) were pretty dinged up when they arrived, but nothing inside was damaged. The pieces were wrapped incredibly well and thoughtfully. With a small space, I had to be very careful about which pieces I unpacked to build in order, but the 3 packages had "like" pieces together - a small detail not every furniture company thinks about. Overall, the quality seems incredible and functional for my purposes. It fits a lot more than I expected, I appreciate how deep the drawers go and the quiet/slow close feature. The gaps in the dresser for your hand to reach inside rather than having a handle protrude outwards is also something I didn't realize I appreciated for that simple, low profile look. The shade of brown is a true walnut but seems versitile with other shades of wood I have in my bedroom. I like that the dresser has legs so it sits above ground and I can store things under it and clean under very easily. In terms of building it, it was SO EASY. The lack of nuts and bolts and washers was a DREAM and the walls of the dresser come with the drawer tracks installed already which helped minimize the build time by so much.
If I had anything negative to say about this dresser it is that only one drawer opens at a time (I understand this is a safety feature, but I don't have small children at home and like to have multiple drawers open when I'm putting away laundry). If Burrow could make that somehow an optional feature, that would be perfect for me. Additionally, I'd like to see additional or different foot shapes for the dresser, but that's just my preference. Otherwise, everything about this dresser is awesome and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!”
“We loved the bedframe, nightstands, and Prospect 9-Drawer Low Dresser that we ordered in 2023 so much that we decided we wanted another, smaller Prospect dresser. We planned to convert our 9-drawer to a 6-drawer, build a 3-drawer, nad have some extra pieces left over since ordering just extra end pieces wasn't an option. We were even told by customer service that this was possible! Huge mistake. We waited months for the dresser to ship and when it arrived, it was a totally different product. The finish is cheaper looking, the connections are different, and the entire thing feels much lower quality than the furniture we had purchased just a year earlier. We definitely won't be ordering from Burrow again, but the older stuff is holding up well so far.”
