“We have issues with a dresser that we bought and only recieved an electronic copy of the instructions in a generic response (which is good becasue the dresser didnt come with instructions so we looked them up online anyway).
I sent a response back including pictures of the dresser and am still waiting for a reply. I also left my name and contact info. I have yet to get a second response, although its only been one day.
I dont think its fair to offer a refund if we are not satisfied, as that would require taking it all apart and repackaging/shipping. I would much rather have someone call me and talk me through fixing it. Otherwise you are asking me to spend a lot of time and energy returning a poorly designed dresser.”
“I had the worst experience ever and never buying from Burrow again. I would not have paid for a dresser to come completely in pieces like this without an assembly service. It took 5 hours to open all boxes and put the dresser together. The amount of garbage we had after was extraordinary. It took over a month to dispose all. We just moved in to a new house and have been purchasing all types of furniture and this is the worst assembly we experienced. If deciding to purchase, I suggest you to hire someone to put it together and take away the garbage. It's not that simple to assemble by yourself. My husband did get the work done but the dresser drawers are not aligned well. Look somewhere else, you have more options with this budget.”
