“Our dresser seems that it will be fantastic, but the shipping process was a fiasco. It’s been a month since we placed our order, and we still don’t have all of the correct components. Everything shipped very staggered, and we were frequently not notified anything was on the way until a 70lb box arrived at the door. We also received a box in the wrong color, and were informed it would take up to two weeks for the actual piece to arrive. We were told to simply dispose of the extra 70lb box, which is a huge hassle. I think the furniture will be nice eventually, once we’re actually able to build our dresser with all the correct parts, as we’re happy with our other Burrow furniture, but this order has been a disaster. I’d expect better service from a company selling this level quality of furniture.”
“Was a little worried as I hadn’t heard of this brand before and read a lot of bad reviews about shipping times. Mine shipped on the last day projected when I ordered. It came in an overwhelming amount of boxes and each piece is wrapped meticulously so be prepared for lots of trash. It protected all of the pieces though except one back corner was damaged but it won’t be seen and I didn’t want to deal with returns so I just kept it. The pieces go together so easy and the design is very smart. Looks amazing, very very heavy. I would definitely order from here again!”
