“It wasn't the nightstand, it was the matching dresser. Why didn't they send me an email to review that? Because I called and complained and no one returned my call as promised. The dresser mechanism to prevent tipping - it prevents more than one drawer from opening at the same time - was malfunctioning. everytime i openned a draw it wouldn't close. i had to take drawer out and reset the mechanism. I asked customer support how i can remove this feature they said i could not. I figured out how to do it myself and it works great. i called again to voice my frustration they couldn't help me and they said they would get the next level of customer service to call me - never received a call.”
