“My product arrived damaged -- I think by the shipper. There is a dent on top probably from man-handling from UPS. I submitted a help request ticket 9/11, but no one has gotten back to me regarding how to fix this situation. Instead I received a request to review the product. So here goes!”
“I've bought (& loved!) lots of furniture from Burrow, and this is the ONLY piece I've been unhappy with. It looks fine & is pretty sturdy, but the assembly was a total nightmare-- and the doors don't fit! They're too small and fall out of place. I wish I could have returned it, but I was too far in... I had already tossed all of the packaging & was so frustrated/exhausted by the assembly that it felt like too much extra effort to even attempt a return-- so I just use it without the doors.”
