“The ottoman is okay. I purchased this to go with the Range couch hoping it would make the couch more cozy and functional. After purchasing a Burrow coach, I no longer recommend this brand to people. The Range sectional cushions are not deep enough to lay on comfortably, and I am an average sized person (5’5” and 140lbs). They are also rock hard. I’ve had our coach for 9 months now and they aren’t getting softer with daily use.
Honestly, I’ve put together a lot of Target and IKEA furniture, and the couch was doable, but a lot more extensive than I expected considering all the reviews saying it was easy but time consuming.
It’s a sturdy ottoman, the top cushion does detach and can get misaligned sometimes. I just wish we had gotten a completely different couch. The material (we got green) is a little rough and not very soft so it’s not comfy to curl up on or put your legs on if you have a skirt or shorts on. My cat created a snag immediately on the corner so it’s not as pet proof as claimed. I did put double sided tape on the edges so no more scratches occur. Stain wise it is easy to clean. I don’t eat on the couch or ottoman but if something spilled it would be easy to blot up due to the tight weave. I hope this review helps others. I thought since there are free returns it was a safe buy to order and then send back but it’s not that simple. The boxes are huge and it’s a massive hassle to get it back into the box once it’s taken out and partially assembled. So buyer beware on that aspect. For the price, I think there are much better pet friendly modular sofas and on the market and I do recommend buying swatches before you purchase.”
