“I DEFINITELY paid for it and company says it’s been delivered but if it was it was delivered elsewhere because I never received it. Delivery was wrong on the 3 seat Range couch, too. TO THE WRONG APARTMENT!!! 4 heavy boxes I had to lug through the apartment complex in 101% temp. And it was supposed to be - again I PAID FOR white glove delivery. I would hate to see what normal delivery is …. maybe it’s just a fluke but it’s hard to believe that it was a coincidence that both couch delivery was completely wrong, and who knows where the gd ottoman is. Again - that I DEFINITELY PAID for. Contacted customer service by email twice and called. Received no call back and the email responses just asked for a review and did not address the problems that I carefully explained. Ugh.”
