“I used this in place of a coffee table in my living room. The table I had was solid wood, and it felt cold. I love the new bench. I love the fabric. I love the texture. It softens up my whole room. My pups think it is their new dog bed. We’re having to have a lot of talks about that.”
“Disappointed in customer service. I was hoping to add an extension to my existing range sofa. The only product I could find to do this was this bench but it arrived without hardware to attach it.
I emailed to ask about this and was sent a link to pay for the hardware. At this point I've spent thousands with burrow and this felt petty. I paid and received the hardware but sent an email saying I'd have preferred just one piece but couldn't figure out how to order just one piece on the website. I also mentioned that now I've got extra legs I don't need and don't know what to do with. No solution was offered. They suggested I take one piece off and use it as a freestanding bench.
I like the furniture but find adding pieces after the fact for modularity a very frustrating experience.”

Only thing I’d like is for there to be the option to remove the fabric and wash it or change its color .”
