“The comfort of the Mambo sofa was disappointing. It's very stiff and the arms are really low. I could have endured that and kept the sofa; however, I was sent 7 green pieces and 1 gray piece. When I asked to return only the incorrect piece, I was told I couldn't do that. Either I would have to return the entire thing (all 7 boxes) or they would send me a replacement green piece and I would have to keep the wrong gray piece. I was so disappointed in the sofa and the process that I ended up returning the entire thing. It was such a hassle, and the entire process took at least 3 weeks after I received the sofa even though I emailed customer service the day the wrong piece was delivered.”
“Although the Mambo sofa is a fantastic concept - with it being delivered in pieces, quickly, and being very easy to put together - and is well made of good quality, the sofa itself is very hard and not at all comfortable.”

“i received this product as a gift. i really like this couch. i chose the moss green which is more of a fabric than leather. it is very wide and comfortable. the cushions are firm, but not too firm. it fits in my living room perfectly. the assembly process was fairly simple and straight forward. it took less than an hour. overall, i would give this couch a 4/5!”
