“The couch itself is great - easy to put together, fairly comfortable, and the fabric holds up well in a household with pets.
However, Burrow has broken one of the main promises of their line. I purchased new modular pieces to add to an existing couch, and when one piece did not come, was informed that the company has inexplicably switched their fabrics. The new fabric does not match the old fabric, so now those of us with older pieces will no longer be able to add new modules to our couches.
Luckily, I was able to speak with a sales person to snag two of the last few pieces upholstered with the old fabric, but these are the last pieces I will ever be able to add to my couch.
The main draw for me, as a 20-something, was the ability to have my couch grow with me. That ability is no longer. New buyers should be aware that Burrow did this once and could very well do it again. Bad call, Burrow.”
“I initially bought a 4 seat Range sofa and then realized I had room to extend it, so bought a singular Range inline seat. It came quickly and was very easy to insert the seat into my existing couch. The navy look always looks clean and is now there's room for 2 people to sit lengthways”
