“I want to love this sofa. However, the sofa I received is different from the sofa advertised on the Burrow website. The look is different. The dimensions are different. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but I keep being told that there is no problem. I've sent photos of my sofa showing the differences with the sofa on their website, to no avail. My issue could easily be resolved if Burrow would just send me 2 "wide back panels" to replace the 2 "narrow back panels" I received for my loveseat. But nobody is helping me with that. The communication with customer service has been unhelpful and ridiculous. And there is no phone number to talk with someone.”
