“The sofa is as expected: quality similar to what you might get in an expensive Ikea piece. I bought this one because I needed a very specific height and length size. The service is great: one of the pieces arrived damaged and Burrow sent out a replacement with 48 hours. Burrow needs better instructions for assembly, however. Despite the fact that connecting pieces is fairly intuitive, I would suggest creating one page instruction sheets for the specific configurations vs. sending intructions for all furnishings.”
