“First let me say that the purchase of the couch was a seamless process - even with the 12-14 week wait. Customer service was excellent and very responsive any time we had questions or asked for updates. Though I don't LOVE LOVE the couch it is a very nice color (dark gray) and super versatile in the way it can be rearranged because of being modular. It's not super soft, but that's not what we were looking for. The reason we are returning it is because we made the mistake of thinking we could add to it after we got the initial pieces. We ordered the 3 piece Range with the intention of including the table and another piece IF they'd fit in our space. They will but unfortunately Burrow doesn't offer individual pieces the way we were wanting. I don't necessarily think this is their fault entirely but the video did kind of make it seem like we could do that. Anyways, we decided to start from scratch and spend the $$ to return it. This is the only reason we gave them 4 stars. My advice is to read the RETURN POLICY in its entirety before buying that sectional where it applies to the Range sectionals. Currently we are waiting to hear back on the return process. It's been about 36 hours so I'm hoping they are as prompt in helping with the return as they were with the purchase.”
