“Extremely delayed shipping without communication updates was not a great start. The materials (sofa legs, fabric, and attachment points) feel secure and durable, and look good / feel good, however the assembly was extremely unclear and took us many tries to get right. Instructions could use a lot more clarity and use words, not only smallish images.”
“No matter how many videos we have watched, or read directions, we still have part of the sofa that is hanging. i've called burrow few times with no luck! It's cute but SUPR hard to put together.”
