“I have two rooms full of Burrow furniture and I appreciate the quality. However, I have experienced multiple shipment delays that extended into months. The company fails to update online ship dates and neglects to keep the customer updated with realistic shipment dates. There is no customer service number so speaking to a real person is impossible. The customer service rep I worked with sent scripted updates with vague responses until I contacted the Better Business Bureau and posted a review on Trust Pilot. I’ve been in the supply-chain industry for decades, and I grapple to understand how this company stay in business. Suggestions: 1. Keep your online shipment dates realistic – if I buy the chair knowing it will take two months, then I know what to expect. 2. Hand the customer service reps a few phones – and then answer it.”
“This chair does not assemble! I have had two chair back and seat delivered and BOTH do not have the holes lined up. They are so far apart I can’t even „self adjust“ the holes. If we have to put together your furniture the least you can offer is that it CAN be assembled. I’m extremely put off by this and do not know if I’ll buy from Burrow again.”
