“First off I want to say that I am a very satisfied return customer with Burrow. My first purchase is what brought me back. Looks, quality, comfort, ease of assembly. That said, this item hits all of those criteria except for comfort. I had higher expectation of a more comfortable seating area with the larger sets. Not so. Not sure what materials are used in the seating pads, but I am not a fan. Will give it some time, but after a few weeks I am not sure if this the right one.”
“This couch was beautiful, easy to assemble, and seemed to be of excellent quality. Unfortunately, it was too firm for our liking. The return policy was clear, and the company handled it professionally and quickly. If you prefer a firm seat, then I would highly recommend it. If you are hoping for a soft, cushy lounging experience, then I would look elsewhere for your sofa.”
