“Our delivery occurred over the course of 5 days, making it very challenging to enjoy our new sofa. The estimated times for delivery were wrong, in that it took much longer than advertised, and we are still waiting on the legs and arms for the the second sofa and ottoman. For a company that ships furniture in pieces we are very unimpressed with the process. The sofa itself is fine.”
“I love the look & the feel of the material. The assembly however was quite difficult. It was hard to liine up the bolts when attaching the center legs. Overall, I am very satisfied, it looks better than I expected!”
