“Our sofa was delivered with some odd striping in the material on one arm. I notified Customer Service and they agreed to provide me with a new set of arms. These were delivered and were actually slightly lighter than the rest of the couch so we electedf not to use them. The striping in the original arm has become a little less noticeable. The other issue with the couch can be seen in the last picture. After sitting on the couch the cushion has folds of material that are very noticeable, almost like the cushion should have had more fill in it. The couch is comfortable and feels firm enought. This is purely a visual thing that makes the couch look older than it is. I have Union love seat and it has the same issue”
“Pro: The wide seats give lots of room for lounging
Cons: Where do I begin? The piece took WAY longer than the advertised 10 minutes to put together and required 4 people using tools not included. The pieces do not "easily" snap together and are an absolute headache to put together.
The couch looks nice once assembled but quickly loses shape and pills easily. We noticed pilling from normal use almost immediately and it does not maintain its shape nor bounce back even hours after use. (The image of the indents on the ottoman are from being used nearly 14 hours earlier.)
Conveniently, Burrow didn't send a link to be able to review the product until almost 6 months after receiving the item, presumably giving a cool down period for upset customers. Awful quality for the price. 0/10 would not recommend.”
