“I love everything about this couch, but giving it 3 stars because I don’t think the fabric is as durable and pet friendly as advertised. Ive had the couch about 3 months, and the fabric is totally pilled and looks super worn. All we (people and one dog) do is sit on it. I chose burrow specifically for the durability, and don’t feel like it met expectations sadly.”
“I love the look of this couch but it is certainly not waterproof and the fabric gets dirty and starts to pill easily. For a couch that is supposed to be dog-friendly, it doesn't do the job.”
“Love the actual cushions and comfort of this couch but during assembly, realized a lot of the screw holes did not line up. I can still use the couch but there are sections that are not screwed in because the holes don't match. Not worth returning with the 10% restocking fee. I bought this couch because it came in small pieces and would be easier to move through my small front door and entryway. That part is definitely a plus but was disappointed when assembly was not easy as described.”
