“The couch itself is all right. It’s definitely on the firmer side, so not super comfortable right out of the box. Seems to require a significant break-in period.
Now for the fun part—Burrow’s customer service is light years behind where a company should be in 2025. Two boxes of hardware shipped separately from the rest of the pieces of my couch and did not arrive for two weeks following the delivery of the majority of parts so I was stuck with a partially assembled couch taking up space in my cramped apartment. Then, when the two boxes finally arrived I was still missing a screw. I had to repeatedly message/email for any kind of service or resolution. Trust me when I say it was a nightmare. I will not be buying anything from Burrow in the future.”
