“Shipping can take awhile, but still faster than other company estimates. I cannot believe that I bought such an expensive couch, sight unseen. It has an excellent classic look and it's comfortable once you break it in. The only cons are that, while the seats are wider than my old couch, they are shorter, especially because the back pillows take up space. Part of my wishes I had gone with the a different style because the back is angled, but I know this couch will get even better with time. You just have to get used to the design, including how short it is. Construction takes effort, but not impossible, even with a roommate that doesn't want to help.”
