“First, it took a month for the couch to ship when it said 2-3 days when I bought. They wouldn't give me a ship date any any point. Just kept saying it would eventually. Finally I canceled, and miraculously it shipped the next day. I no longer wanted it. But they wouldn't respond. The couch arrived and was very unfomfortable. I've been trying to send it back since. I've filled out 3 requests to return on their webform and sent multiple emails to customer support. They won't answer any of it. It's like I don't exist.”
