“When we received our sectional, we found that we had received 2 right corner back pieces instead of a left corner back piece. A piece was placed in a mislabeled box, leading us to initially believe we had received all the pieces we needed. The only way to contact Burrow was through email, which we had no indication of when we'd be able to resolve this issue. Burrow customer support finally responded to our concern, and indicated they'd send over a new piece, but that's not been confirmed yet. At this point, our sectional is now built with that back piece just not there...”
