“I thought this looked great, which it does, and I read reviews which even said it was great…but now I question if they were phony reviews. I have owned it for a few months and tried to feel comfortable in it, to no avail. I sent a message asking if it improves in comfort before my return window was up and was told it would “break in”…nope. I even bought more seating to improve the depth and feel of the couch but again…NOPE!!!! I feel duped and will never buy from this place again. I should have gone to a higher end sofa place and dealt with “non-modular”. So sad I spent two grand for a park bench basically.”

Putting the sofa together was challenging but we got there in the end.

“For buying a couch online it’s pretty solid! It looks really nice and sits pretty comfortably for the price.
I had to get it to my walk-up and put it together with a friend. The instructions were a bit vague because they were Ikea-style (all visual), which made things a bit harder and take a bit longer. But I appreciate that it came in four section because there are tight turns up to my door and the boxes fit just fine!”
“It was a bit challenging to get set up. Since it can be arranged several ways we did it wrong a few times. The stuffed pillows take time to settle in and stuff down. It's very comfortable though. I do wish the back pillows zipped off for easy washing though.”

“After cancelling my sofa order from another company ( which took 3 months) I ordered from Burrow. Let me just say fantastic sofa and amazing service. And if you have pets in your family this is the sofa to get. I have attached photos of the first day after assembly.
My daughter comes home some weekends from college and decided to get her the sleep kit. She is so comfortable, so is my dog Lacey. And I don’t stress over cleanup. A few stains happened but after cleaning with a damp cloth it’s as good as new. Will definitely consider buying from BURROW again. Oh and did I mention the comfort, WOW”
