“TL;DR - It's a good and comfy couch, easy to assemble, no tools needed, seems more exspensive than it should be for something made in Vietnam with MUCH lower labor costs.
Picking the design and layout and extra options on the site was clear and easy to understand. Delivery was quick and easy and each section came in it's own fairly sturdy and protective cardboard box that was designed to be shipped and broken down easily. Everything was very securely packaged with minimal wasted space in the boxes. Full assembly by my self took about 1.5 hours and the only tool needed was the bottle opener included with the hardware. Will also be very easy to break down the section for when it's time to move. Burrow claims the velvet upholstery is animal scratch and claw resistant and I'm about to adopt a kitten so we'll see how long the couch lasts. After using for a few weeks now I'd say it's good and comfy but a good bit overpriced compared to other options both online and at local shops, especially for a product made in Vietnam since we know they are saving TONS of money on labor there but doesn't seem to lower the price for actual customers. It's decently good but I can't recommend a product made in Vietnam and sold in the US with none of the cost savings going towards the customers.”
