“I love, love, love, my couch, but unfortunately, the shipping process was excruciatingly painful. Half of the boxes, of which there were 8 to 10, just showed up randomly without tracking. They told me they would all be here by October 17. We received what were supposed to be the last two boxes three days after that, and then went to put it together and realized we were missing two pieces. It was like pulling teeth all along to get tracking numbers, and it took another two weeks to get the last two boxes, of which they could tell me nothing for most of that time. Their email customer service took 2 to 3 days each time to reply and often didn’t even answer my questions. I set up consultations just to talk to someone on the phone and two out of three times they were either extremely late or didn’t call at all.
So, the couch is great, but the customer service is unfortunately really bad. I really want to suggest this company because they are nice when you actually speak with them, but it was an unnecessarily painful process for me.”
“Overall Pretty couch. Looks great when swept. Corner piece was really hard to assemble. Fabric shows all hair and lint. I have to sweep my couch 5x a week because I have Pets”
