“Arrived quickly and instructions to put it together were very thorough and clear. I’ve never bought a couch online and was worried about how comfortable it would be, but it is amazing! The seat cushions are firm and supportive and the back cushions are soft. Deducting one star because parts of it were difficult to put together (mainly the thumb screws). They recommend using a quarter or a flat brace to help screw them in, but they’re pretty difficult either way.”
