“I ordered this range plus 6-piece open sectional and I was not sent 2 seat backs. Then when I told the company I was missing pieces. They gaslit me and said I was sent the correct pieces. It was not until I sent them a photo of the couch built that they then gave me the time of day. But it still takes them a week just to respond. I still haven't received the correct backs as they sent me the standard range backs. They said they'll try to correct this ASAP but it'll probably take them weeks. So as much as I'd like to make a review on this specific couch it's hard as they sent me the 6 piece double lounger instead.”
