“I have ordered many Burrow items. I am experiencing shipment issues for my most recent purchases . Follow up emails have been sent regarding my two outstanding Index stools which were ordered on 10/26/25. According to Burrow Support, the oak index stools are in stock. Not sure on the hold up. Hopefully, this review will assist in a review of late shipment orders and current tracking processes.”
“The stacking stool that I recently purchased for my son as a Christmas gift arrived in less that perfect condition. I sent 5 photos to your team to show them the various scratches, rub points and imperfections.
Needless to say, this was a disappointment to him, as well as to me being that I have had a long relationship w/ Burrow and have invested thousands of dollars furnishing our new home w/ Burrow furniture.”
