“This has been a terrible customer experience. We ordered the sofa two months ago. It arrived in pieces with critical components missing. For the past two weeks, parts of the sectional have just been sitting against the wall in our place because we're missing the legs of the furniture. I was charged for the entire purchase at the time of ordering it. I still can't figure out when the remaining pieces of the sofa will arrive. There is no way to track the orders because the tracking numbers are invalid. Since ordering, I have received multiple emails on the same day — one says, "Congrats on your order, leave a review!" — even though nothing has been delivered. And another that says, "Sorry about the shipment delay, we're still trying to figure out where the rest of your sofa is...."
Just don't do it. I'm sure the couch will be great when it finally arrives. There must be better options out there.”
