“i live near a showroom and placed an order with the store. the staff misrepresented shipping/delivery times and the process for changing delivery address (i was in the process of moving). spoke with showroom manager about updating my shipping address, who was combative, raised his voice, talked over me, and accused me of lying. i want to like the product, but this is easily (and by far) the worst interaction i've ever had with anyone in retail.”
“The truth is that the couch looks great and fits our small space. We think that if we add some pillows and after it's been used a bit more it might be more comfortable. At the moment it's pretty hard and not that great to sit on.”
