“I received the coffee table and the color was not the color I was expecting and did not coordinate with my existing furniture. I initially ordered it from Burrow without seeing it in person because Burrow states it has a “100% satisfaction guarantee”. When I tried to return it, customer service said they don’t return items less than $500 and offered a partial refund. When they asked I if I was ok (this was all by email), I said no. They went ahead and only gave me a partial refund”
