“Love the chair, hate the lack of communication and planning with the customer who’s paying the $$ about delivery. I got an email on a Thursday AM while driving from CT to VT for the weekend that the delivery was going to be THAT AFTERNOON, in the rain, while I was away for 4 days. Insanely bad communication on the part of you and your delivery vendor. I’d like to order more furniture but I’m scarred by the delivery experience.”
