“Ordered 2 Lodge chairs and they seem ok thus far and will likely upgrade review to 3 stars but we haven't been able to fully assemble one of the chairs due to an incorrectly machined screw. Contacted Burrow immediately and while customer service was very nice via email we have yet to receive a replacement screw so one of the chairs is still unusable. It's supposed to be on its way but we didn't receive a separate order for it so can't even track.
The chair that is assembled is fine. The ergonomics could be better with the arm rests very low, even for our average to shorter bodies. The arm rests need to be 2-3 inches taller for this style of chair. The angle of the back is also a bit off but will be fine with a lumbar pillow. Overall, satified with the quaility of the assembled chair and will work nicely on our 3 season porch, just wish I knew where the replacement screw was. Burrow should send one extra screw per chair to avoid this hassle.
