“I purchased this chair because it was moderately priced with the sale. It is not as comfortable seating as I would like, with not much give, but I think I will get used to it. The wood frame is attractive and blends in nicely with oak flooring. Beware that the printed assembly directions that come with the chair do not match the online directions which was confusing, particularly because some of the hardware that is mentioned online is not included in the written directions and therefore did not come with the chair packaging. I had to reach out to customer service to have the additional hardware sent to me. Hopefully they will correct this discrepancy soon.”
